Anti-war, small-government Republican has Internet to thank for record-breaking campaign contributions.
By Gil Kaufman
While his fellow students are hooking up with whatever presidential campaign they think might pad their résumé or land them a cushy post-graduation job, University of Southern California senior Jeff Hubbard wants to do nothing less than change American history.
That’s why this philosophy major and lifelong Republican said he’s devoted up to 15 hours a week over the past few months to setting up events and rallies Continue reading »

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 10 — From posting video on YouTube to enlisting friends through Facebook, all of the presidential candidates are looking for ways to harness the Internet. In the case of Ron Paul, the Internet has harnessed him.
Mr. Paul, a 10-term Texas congressman who is seeking the Republican presidential nomination, came into the campaign with a conservative platform: a return to the gold standard, abolition of the I.R.S., a literal view of the Constitution Continue reading »

It is the greatest scam in history. I am amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global Warming; It is a SCAM. Other scientists of the same environmental whacko type jumped into the circle to support and broaden the “research” to further enhance the totally slanted, bogus global warming claims. Their friends in government steered huge research grants their way to keep the movement going. Soon they claimed to be a consensus. Continue reading »

Recently, Iowa pastors gathered to hear my presentation in Des Moines on behalf of Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul. After listening to me, they then heard ten-term Republican Texas Congressman Ron Paul himself.
Consider how Congressman Paul’s message impacted Pastor Jim Hartman of the Assembly of God church in Conrad, Iowa. “I’ve been supporting Mike Huckabee, but I would say I’m leaning real strong toward Ron Paul.” Hartman supported President Bush four years ago and explained, “Up until the last six months I had not allowed myself to imagine that we’d been let down by Bush.” Continue reading »

Actor wants tax trial moved from KKK-infested Florida locale
NOVEMBER 6–In a bid to get his criminal tax evasion trial transferred from Florida to New York, Wesley Snipes claims that prosecutors “deliberately chose the most racially discriminatory venue available,” an area that the actor claims is a “hotbed of Klan activity” and where “substantial pockets of prejudice exist.” Continue reading »

Historians and British schoolchildren remember Guy Fawkes as the Roman Catholic, anti-Protestant rebel who on Nov. 5, 1605, tried to assassinate King James I by blowing up the Parliament. Supporters of the Republican primary campaign of the libertarian Representative Ron Paul may remember Fawkes as a wildly successful fund-raising gimmick.
Representative Ron Paul’s use of Guy Fawkes Day to encourage donations to his presidential campaign netted millions. Continue reading »
