This link is a story about how Ron Paul has been excluded from the Fox News Debate Scheduled for Jan. 6. No reason has been given by Fox News. Unfortunately for News Corporation, the Ron Paul supporters aren’t taking this matter lightly. Just look at the stock.

The supporters of Ron Paul are calling for a boycott of Fox News and all products for those who advertise with Fox News. They also have seemingly been able to influence the stock price by selling off their stock en masse. I doubt that the price will remain deflated for ever but still, it goes to show that when a group of people are dedicated to an idea, or campaign, they can have influential results.

By my calculation, Rupert Murdoch (the owner of News Corp. Stock) just lost about 5% of his News Corp based wealth over the last couple of days…that’s 5% of 29% of $62 B. Wouldn’t you invite Ron Paul to your forum if you could avoid losing $890 Million? Ouch!

This news gives me hope. The American people aren’t quite asleep yet. It turns out that quite a few people still care about truth, honesty and fairness, and they’re willing to make corporations and people who don’t line up with those values pay. Perhaps this is a sign of things to come in this country. Just imagine, the big corporations and governors and wealthy living at the mercy of the people
