Observed by over 4.2 million closed circuit – or CCTV – cameras across the country, Britain is already the most surveilled industrialized state in the Western world. It was recently estimated that the average Briton is captured by electronic eyes more than 300 times on a typical workday.
Yet the country’s surveillance network, which boasts one camera for every fourteen citizens, is no longer merely facilitating observance: It has now begun talking back. In a scene eerily reminiscent of Orwell’s dystopian vision of 1984, Continue reading »
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Longshot Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul on Thursday gave front-runner Rudy Giuliani a list of foreign-policy books to back up his contention that attacks by Islamic militants are fueled by the U.S. presence in the Middle East.
“I’m giving Mr. Giuliani a reading assignment,” the nine-term Texas congressman said as he stood behind a stack of books that included the report by the commission that examined the attacks Continue reading »
One of the worst horrors parents can experience is to have their child go missing. No words can express the fear and anxiety parents experience - or the possible terrors children can experience - until they are back home safe with family and friends. There is concern enough when a child is simply lost - lost and scared and exposed to the elements. When the child has been abducted - like little Madeleine McCann, who was recently taken from her family’s vacation room in Portugal - the evil human element makes the situation even more desperate.
The issue of lost and abducted children is one which often prompts discussions on the subject of RFID microchip implants. There are a myriad of products and services available today to help parents locate missing kids: there are companies that can track your child’s cell phone, special electronic wristbands, even pajamas with sewn-in tracking devices. We are asking everyone to pray for Ron Paul; that God’s will be done in his life and that he be effective in representing the American people. The odds are certainly against him; chances are you will hear little about Ron Paul from the mainstream media. The New World Order crowd would certainly lose some ground, if Dr. Paul were empowered to restore America’s sovereignty and eliminate NAFTA and the WTO. In this video, he discusses free trade with Lou Dobbs.

In a new magazine interview, Bruce Willis spills the beans on his skepticism that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in the assassination of JFK, and suggests that the some of the same criminals who killed Kennedy are still in power today.
“They still haven’t caught the guy that killed [President] Kennedy,” Willis told Vanity Fair’s June issue, according to the New York Post.
“I’ll get killed for saying this, but I’m pretty sure those guys are still in power, in some form. The entire government of the United States was co-opted,” adds the Die Hard star. Continue reading »
